This week Thomson Reuters published the new impact factors (edition 2010) in the database Journal Citation Reports (JCR) , part of the Web of Knowledge. Today about 8005 titles are tracked in the Science edition (1998: 5467). The oncologic journal CA : A cancer journal for clinicians still has the highest impact factor with an amazing 94.262. Furthermore you will find the traditional titles like the New England Journal of Medicine, Nature, Science, the Lancet en Cell appearing in the top 20 of all categories.
