Since last weekend PubMed offers an advanced search option. You can access it by clicking on the link, next to the default search box:

From now on you can purchase your copy cards with a new copy card dispenser. You will find this machine and a change machine (coins) in the reading room of the library, just in front of the information desk (4th floor).
